NEW YORK (Reuters) - US tech large Google plans to construct a brand new submarine cable community to connect the USA, Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina to reinforce net connectivity in those areas.


The Korean Times reported on June 11, 2021 that the brand new cable network may be called Firmina and could be the longest cable network within the global, connecting the East Coast of the US. Holds Las Toninas in Argentina and directly to the state of Praia Grande in Brazil and Punta del Este in Uruguay.


Google has showed that the cable community will make Internet speeds quicker and more comfortable for North and South America, permitting users to get admission to Google Search, Gmail and YouTube, as well as Google Cloud at high speeds. .
