Aung San Suu Kyi is officially charged with corruption by way of Myanmar's army

 


NAYPYIDAW, June 10 (Bloomberg) - Myanmar’s navy junta officially charged detained civilian leader Aung San Suu Kyi and other officers with corruption on Thursday, according to the us of a’s ministry of records.


“The Anti-Corruption Commission has inspected corruption instances against ex-state counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi,” the ministry stated. “She changed into located guilty of committing corruption using her rank.”
